Refund Policy

At Natalia Chyle Beauty, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and fair availability for all clients, the following Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings.
Deposits
To secure an appointment, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking.
This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your treatment.
Deposits help us reserve your selected time and protect our schedule from late cancellations and no-shows.
Cancellations
1. Cancelling With More Than 24 Hours’ Notice
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
Your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment date or used as a credit towards future bookings.

2. Cancelling Less Than 24 Hours Before the Appointment
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will not be refunded or transferred.
This is because the short notice does not allow us to replace your appointment slot.

3. No-Shows
If you do not attend your appointment without notifying us, the full deposit is forfeited and may result in requiring full pre-payment for future bookings.
Late arrivals
​If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your treatment to stay on schedule.
If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, the appointment may be cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
Refunds for Services
We do not offer refunds for completed services.
All beauty treatments are performed to high professional standards; however, individual results may vary.
If you have concerns about your treatment, please contact us within 24–48 hours so we can assist you.
Salon’s Right to Cancel
If we need to cancel your appointment due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be:​

Fully refunded or
-
Transferred to a rescheduled date — whichever you prefer.
